- Innovative development, planning and implementation of marketing strategy;
- Creation and implementation of visual content;
- Communication in response to changes in the Real Estate market;
- Interest in marketing innovations and their implementation in the company's activities;
- Administration of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.).
Employee requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience working as a marketing specialist;
- Perfectly independently plan, organize and manage social network communication of several real estate projects at the same time;
- Be able to fluently teach thoughts and write correctly in Lithuanian;
- Have experience and be able to create engaging video content: reels/stories;
- Understand various digital marketing channels and tools used to manage them (eg: SEO, Google analytics, Meta ads, Google ads);
- Show initiative and constantly learn and improve;
- Advantage: experience in working with graphic design programs and artificial intelligence tools.
