Nature of work
- Planning and coordination of advertising campaigns in order to effectively implement the plans and analysis of the results;
- Coordination of visual campaigns from idea to implementation in order to increase brand awareness and communication integrity;
- Cooperation with Media Buying specialists, creation and coordination of advertisement texts and image, with the help of external partners;
- Coordination and preparation of advertising positions in the press (content and visual solutions);
- Monitoring and analysis of the competitive environment, assistance in establishing pricing in different markets;
- Analysis of newly opened markets, assessment of competitors and coordination of progress (work with the website development and "launch" team, delegation and coordination of tasks);
- Cooperation with content creators (copywriters, designers, videographers) in the implementation of assigned tasks.
Employee requirements
- Higher/advanced education in the field of marketing, communication or business management.
- Work experience in the field of marketing, communication (real estate or construction - an advantage);
- Knowledge of analyzing the results of advertising Meta and Google campaigns, interest in the latest trends (advantage);
- Project management skills - the ability to independently plan and implement several projects simultaneously;
- Effective time planning - the ability to distinguish which jobs are priority and which are less important and rational time planning;
- Responsibility - the ability to bring the task to the end and take responsibility for the result;
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of English.
