Responsibilities:
- Internal communication, management of communication tools (MS Teams, Sharepoint, etc.);
- Preparation and publication of internal communication texts;
- Implementation of the company's social media communication strategy and content;
- Communication of the Career section of clients' websites;
- Planning and implementation of the company's internal events and initiatives;
- Communication of organizational goals and activity management in customer teams: implementation of accountability, meetings, 1on1 culture;
- Creating an information system for employees based on "client friendly" principles;
- Delivery of personnel management services to external customers;
- Ensuring communication standards and quality of published job advertisements;
- "Implementation" of good practices in the field of internal communication.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working with internal communication;
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
- Very good knowledge of English - we use it every day;
- Successful work experience in the field of internal communication;
- Resistance to uncertainty and criticism;
- Ability to create an internal communication strategy "from scratch";
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Fast and high-quality performance of tasks;
- Consistency, creativity, systematicity, reliability;
- Own car (advantage).
