What will be your main functions?
External communication:
Inside communication:
- Administration of the company's social network (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) accounts, content creation (texts and messages).
- Writing commissioned articles, press releases.
- Responding to customer comments in the public space (Google reviews, props, etc.).
- Preparation of advertising messages and slogans for different advertising campaigns (OOH, Radio and other channels).
- Preparation of newsletters for the company's partners and customers.
- Administration of the company's websites: writing and uploading texts, articles, news.
- Preparation of texts for representative material (leaflets, flyers, advertisements).
- Other work assigned by the direct manager, including external communication tasks.
Inside communication:
- Preparing and sending newsletters to company employees (MailChimp platform).
- Administration of the internal Facebook group of employees, content uploading.
- Development and coordination of the employee ambassadorship project.
- Organization of events and internal competitions for company employees.
- Other work assigned by the line manager, including internal communication tasks.
What do we expect from you?
- Good time planning/management skills.
- English (not lower than B2 level).
- Ability to simultaneously manage/implement several projects of different scope.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good computer literacy skills.
- Management skills of business accounts in social networks (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn).
- Experience in managing different content management systems for websites.
- Initiative, creativity, curiosity.

- Salary 1300 - 1500 EUR in hand.
- Workplace in the Vilnius office on Savanorių pr. 178A.
