Employee requirements
We are looking for a long-term employee to join our growing conference and event center team. We highly value personal qualities such as diligence, judgment, loyalty, initiative and self-motivation. There is huge potential for career advancement in the long term. So the requirements for the employee:
- Able to communicate in English and Lithuanian,
- not afraid of physical work - during work you may have to lift heavy loads (over 16 kg),
- motivated, proactive and hardworking,
- able to work in a team,
- able to work with a flexible work schedule - full or part-time,
- hotel and/or event service experience would be an advantage.
