Nature of work
- Preparation of conference halls and/or event venues, taking into account the client's needs;
- Arrangement of tables and chairs according to the order information provided;
- Maintaining the order of conference halls/events - before, during and after the event.
- Preparation and maintenance of necessary equipment. Assistance with connecting to equipment;
- Trust and escort of conference participants. Guest service;
- Preparation and service of coffee breaks;
- Quick and professional response to customer requests and problem solving;
- Close cooperation with the restaurant team;
- As needed - help in the restaurant.
Work schedule depends on available events, discussed during interview.

Employee requirements
- Experience in similar work would be an advantage;
- Know how to communicate pleasantly, always serve guests with a smile;
- To want to improve and strive for professionalism, to know service etiquette;
- Honesty, courtesy, orderliness and responsibility;
- Quick orientation, ability to remain calm in stressful situations, peaceful resolution of conflicts;
- Fluent in Lithuanian, spoken English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
