We are looking for a colleague who:

  • will provide information about services to Customers by phone and/or in writing;
  • will find out the needs of the customers and effectively solve the questions that arise;
  • will provide assistance to customers using the self-service register center or other systems;
  • solve more complex customer issues in cooperation with colleagues from other departments;
  • will serve customers based on the standards and procedures valid in the company.

In this position, it is important for us:

  • at least a college education or an equivalent education;
  • experience in customer service, sales or marketing;
  • be able to fluently and correctly convey ideas in Lithuanian in writing and orally;
  • ability to communicate in English and/or Russian;
  • be able to cope with a large and constantly changing flow of information;
  • be able to make decisions, manage stressful situations;
  • good computer skills, knowledge of the Microsoft Office program package, receptiveness to new programs, electronic solutions;
  • know and be able to apply the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other normative legal acts regulating the services provided by the company;
  • impeccable personal and professional reputation.

  • salary from 1270 EUR with taxes (1270 - 1780 EUR with taxes). The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience. Salary is only part of the reward.
