- Selling the company's products over the phone to our customers in Lithuania. (sales in Lithuanian)
- Confirm customer orders and increase sales
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- High level of interpersonal communication
- Enthusiasm and energy in conversations with customers
- Good organization of one's work and effective response to internal communication.
Employee requirements
- Telephone sales experience (knowledge of sales methods)
- Enthusiasm and energy in dealing with customers
- Lithuanian language - advanced user level
- Communication in English or Polish (communication with the manager - mainly by e-mail and in the recruitment process) (B1) (recruitment process in English)
- We require you to have a computer and a constant high-speed internet connection (if you don't have headphones, we can send them :) )

- Base salary for every hour worked + high sales commissions (possibility to double salary)
