Resolving ongoing issues: schedules, service disruptions, sorting issues, etc.;
Customer consulting and sales of company goods and services;

Employee requirements
Pleasant communication with customers;
Correct Lithuanian language (Russian/English - an advantage);
Ability to tactfully resolve unpleasant situations;
Computer literacy is required (MS Office package);
Experience in customer service;
Strong orientation towards high quality and results of customer service;
Organisation, initiative, duty.
