Gather needs and submit purchase orders to suppliers, ensure their fulfillment
Ensure the supply of goods and services in appropriate quantities and terms for the activity
Cooperate with project managers, other responsible persons in executing contracts and ensuring continuity of supply
Implement purchase order management processes in the company
Contribute to the improvement of the activities of the supervised area
Create and maintain good relations with suppliers
Your competences and experience
Higher university education in logistics/economic sciences
Excellent knowledge of purchase order management processes
At least 2 years of successful work experience in purchase order management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent MS Office skills, experience with SAP ERP would be an advantage
Fluent in Lithuanian, good knowledge of English
