Responsibilities:
- Accepting customer requests by phone and e-mail and registering them in the incident management system;
- Allocation of company resources for the execution of specific customer requests;
- Control of execution of engineer tasks and periodic preventive works;
- Constant communication between engineers and customers;
- Preparation of reports.

- Successful experience in the field of customer service;
- Higher/higher education in the fields of technology or management;
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
- Possibilities to be passively on duty at home outside of work (no more than 1 week per month);
- Organizational skills, communication, attentiveness, diligence, responsibility, ability to manage complex situations.

Salary
From 1700 €/mon. gross
The salary consists of a fixed monthly part from 1700 EUR gross (coordinated individually depending on the available experience) and an allowance for passive on-calls at home.
