YOUR NEW CHALLENGE:
- Direct communication with borrowers in order to collect and prepare project-related information and documents necessary for project financing.
- Analysis of primary information and preparation of materials for credit risk assessment and project financing approval in cooperation with credit risk and other teams.
- Active coordination and management of the process from the receipt of the borrower's financing application to the adoption of the credit committee's decision.
- Preparation of financing proposals for borrowers.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have obtained a higher education in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
- Has experience in banking, finance or project management, working with clients, performing financial analysis and coordinating complex processes. Experience in project finance or credit analysis would be beneficial.
- Has basic analytical skills and is able to understand financial data and feasibility of real estate projects.
- You have a technologically advanced attitude.
- You have very good knowledge of English (not lower than B2 level), and Lithuanian is your native language.
