Nature of work:
- Comply with the rules described by the "Easytrip" finance department regarding payment guarantees and risk issues;
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients regarding the collection of payable amounts;
- Monitor customer payments and respond accordingly according to agreed procedures;
- Check the creditworthiness of customers and overdue accounts according to the scheduled schedule;
- Keep and manage all necessary files;
- Help prepare reports;
- Prepare invoices/payments;
- Check orders;
- Work closely with the credit team
Requirements:
- Experience in credit and/or insurance;
- Basic financial knowledge;
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office ("Word", "Excel", "Outlook", "PowerPoint") and other programs;
- Oral and written English language skills.
