Load manager

Management of loading operations - organizing loading/unloading to/from railway wagons, tank cars, ensuring a safe working environment;
Proper distribution of tasks to employees, supervision and control of their performance;
Ensuring the technology of loading/unloading works, execution of loading service schedules;
Preparation of reports and other regulatory documents related to the department's activities.

Higher education (engineering advantage);
Ability to speak Lithuanian, Polish and Russian;
Operational thinking and decision-making;
Similar work experience (would be considered a major requirement);
Responsible approach to work, ability to work in a team;
The desire to develop and improve one's existing knowledge;
