Croupier (no experience, we train)

We welcome new team members who are motivated to enter the entertainment business and become part of the Olympic Casino team that reflects the diversity of age, experience, education and more!
If you're going to become a professional croupier, you'll need to put in the effort to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills (and then patience to develop all this). The Olympic Croupier Academy will come to your aid - we have successful experience in providing newly joined colleagues with not only theoretical knowledge about games, but also practical skills. The duration of our introductory training is even 6 weeks (!), and during this period the learner is paid a salary*.
The well-being of a new employee is important to us, so we start in a safe, development-encouraging environment.
After successfully completing the training program, we will assign you a personal mentor - a professional, experienced colleague who will help you further improve your skills and consolidate your knowledge in real work.

What will your working day look like:

• You will be the host and presenter of Black Jack, Poker and Roulette games;
  
• Communicate with customers by providing them with information about the games and/or their rules;
  
• Using your professionalism, communication skills, work ethic and standards, you will create an exceptional customer experience.

We expect you to:

• You are at least 21 years old. (based on the Gambling Law of the Republic of Lithuania);
  
• You communicate willingly, have the patience to explain the rules;
  
• You count well and quickly;
  
• Can communicate in a foreign language (English and/or Russian);
  
• You are honest and your reputation is impeccable.

780-1400 €/mon. net
During the training period, the hourly remuneration provided for the position and a supplement depending on the individual learning results are paid. Upon successful completion of the introductory training, an hourly wage is paid according to the given category and a variable bonus depending on the work results.
