Coordination of the international dance festival AURA.
Organization of theater performances abroad.
Provision of projects and their implementation.
Partial technical preparation and implementation of performances.
Preparation of event reports and estimates in Kaunas. municipality.
Maintaining and developing international theater relations.
Submitting applications to foreign festivals.
Organization of foreign tours.
Other activities related to theater activities as needed (distribution of tickets, organization of events, etc.).
Most of the listed tasks are performed while working in a team (organization of events, distribution of tickets, development and implementation of advertising strategy, publicity of events, distribution of tickets, etc.).

Employee requirements
Have a university education.
2 years of work experience in the field of cultural management.
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English at a level no lower than B2.
Experience and knowledge in the field of Lithuanian culture.
Creative literacy.
Strategic and analytical thinking, ability to work in a team, innovativeness, entrepreneurship, independence, communication, orientation to results.
Good organizational and managerial skills, positivity.
Light car driving skills would be an advantage.

Kauno šokio teatras „Aura“
Kaunas Dance Theater "Aura" is the first professional contemporary dance theater in Lithuania, continuing and developing the traditions of Lithuanian contemporary dance, linked by the names of Danutė Nasvytytė and Kira Daujotaitė.
The artistic director of the theater is choreographer, pedagogue Birutė Letukaitė.
Since 2014 Aura dance theater troupe - international, which currently includes professional dancers from Belgium, Brazil, Japan, USA, Lithuania, Norway, South Korea, France and Scotland.
"Aura" participated in many international events, represented Lithuanian contemporary dance in 28 foreign countries (Australia, Great Britain, Greece, Canada, France, Russia, Finland, Sweden, Germany and others), appeared on the stages of about 16 festivals.
"Auras" creative activity has been evaluated with more than 50 city, national and international awards, and also received excellent reviews in the domestic and foreign press.
