As colleagues we need you if you
- You sincerely want to contribute to the implementation of the Red Cross mission in Lithuania;
- You have a higher education in the field of social sciences (education in social work would be an advantage);
- You have case management experience;
- You are innovative and constantly learning;
- You speak Russian well (knowledge of English and/or Ukrainian would be an advantage);
- You have a driving license and drive a car;
- You are brave, independent and proactive, you like to work in a team;
- You are able to listen and are sensitive to cultural differences;
- You are able to name the desired end result and set priorities.
