Nature of work
You will be the ambassador of the company and work with our biggest customer.
You will have to maintain a good diplomatic relationship with the client.
I lead a team of couriers, together with them you will ensure flawless, high-quality service delivery to our client.
You will control the assigned vehicles, monitor their condition and communicate with the transport department regarding technical service and vehicle maintenance.
You will monitor daily quality indicators, analyze numbers, make timely decisions to ensure and improve quality.
You will develop and update courier recruitment procedures, improving instructions will become a regular part of your agenda.

At least 1 year of successful experience in a similar job;
