Hello!
We will entrust the following responsibilities to the future team member:
✔️ order fuel cards, manage their issuance, exchange, check limits
✔️ evaluate and analyze the dynamics of fuel filling quantities
✔️ to cooperate with responsible institutions regarding TIR Carnet, ETMK documents, to account for them
✔️ control available car road payment machines (order them, re-register them, solve emerging problems)
✔️ perform maintenance of gas stations
✔️ put fuel prices into the monitoring system
✔️ provide information to transport managers, prepare instructions

✔️ have similar work experience (at a transport company - an advantage)
✔️ you communicate easily in Russian and at least moderately in English
✔️ you are quick to orient yourself, able to analyze and systematize information
✔️ has analytical skills and good computer skills
✔️have a driver's license
