Nature of work

  • Event Management;
  • Compilation of camps and training programs and implementation control;
  • Compilation of birthday programs, implementation control;
  • Compilation of educational programs, implementation control;
  • Trampoline entertainment organization and implementation control;
  • Maintaining relations with existing partners and actively searching for new partners;
  • Analysis of the competitive environment and customer needs;
  • Preparation of commercial offers;
  • Monitoring and responding to entertainment and children's market trends and innovations;
  • Initiation, organization and coordination of new projects;
  • Active participation in the planning of the sales budget and its implementation;
  • Conclusion and signing of contracts;
  • Finding employees for events;
  • Company representation at events, exhibitions;
  • Performance and results analysis.

We are waiting for you if

  • Has an education in creative industries, management, administration or a similar field;
  • You have gained experience in the preparation of creative or educational projects, organizing events, exhibitions or similar;
  • Has excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • You are interested in innovation and technology;
  • Has analytical thinking, activity planning, organization and management skills;
  • You are energetic, responsible, respectful and able to work in a team;
  • You are positive, flexible and stubborn in achieving results;
  • Has excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
