In warranty and non-warranty service:
🐸 Customer service live/telephone/email;
🐸 Acceptance of goods: inspection, evaluation, registration in systems;
🐸 Service goods accounting;
🐸 Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of computer hardware and software;
🐸 Support of the company's internal IT networks;
🐸 Computer repair, assembly, testing;
🐸 Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements
🐸 Experience in customer service;
🐸 Ability to communicate effectively, constructively and pleasantly;
🐸 Ability to master computer programs;
🐸 Knowledge of English, Russian languages (advantage:)
🐸 Knowledge of computer technology and software (advantage);
🐸 Driver's license (advantage);
🐸 Experience of similar work (advantage).
