Performs tests of raw materials, technological process, main and auxiliary materials, finished products, physico-chemical indicators, evaluates them and fills in relevant traceability registers.
Prepares representative samples.
Maintains, checks laboratory equipment, fills in registers.
Collaborates with related departments to ensure compliance with food safety and quality requirements.
