Nature of work
We want to add the head of the laboratory to the renewed and very colorful and motivated team, because we are currently changing and renovating the laboratory. It is not big for one or two employees. That is why we want a diligent and diligent person for this job, because it is extremely important to have high requirements, accurate and efficient tests, and to improve general hygiene.
What you will have to do is, of course, you will have to do a lot of research, including preparing samples for research, performing physicochemical and microbiological tests. We would like you to enjoy not only growing colonies, but also properly and carefully preparing and documenting everything, as well as maintaining both procedures and the laboratory itself and its equipment.
Outside the laboratory, it will be necessary to carry out control of compliance with hygiene norms, quality system and standards in the departments.
You will have to work with both new and old, but still reliable equipment or tools, and it should be fun, because we will study both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Employee requirements
By law, we require you to have a University degree (in the fields of food technology, safety or chemical engineering) and at least two years of experience in food or beverage production laboratories. Among the more general requirements we set for this position: knowledge of the general principles of food safety, knowledge of hygiene standards for food industry companies, the ability to work not only in a team, but also alone.
