Control of labeling and packaging of manufactured products;
Conducting sensory, physico-chemical tests of the manufactured products, evaluating the results;
Preparation and filling of documentation (instructions, journals);
Issuance of quality certificates.
Preparation of samples.
Raw material acceptance control, research.
Maintenance of order in production, monitoring of sanitary conditions.
Knowledge of HACCP/IFS FOOD requirements.
Employee requirements
Higher university/college education in the field of food technology, food safety.
Experience in similar work would be an advantage;
Diligence, responsibility, honesty;
Good computer skills.
