- Work in a technological laboratory:
- collection of samples from production;
- conducting physico-chemical tests of the technological process and the finished product;
- analysis of the received research results;
- equipment preparation for work;
- maintenance of laboratory equipment and measuring devices;
- filling in registers and issuing quality certificates.

Employee requirements
- Higher education in the field of food technology or food safety (would be an advantage);
- To know the main modern methods of laboratory research, the peculiarities and principles of their performance;
- Know and be able to apply the requirements of quality management standards;
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
