Nature of work
Timely and correct sampling from the production process
Perform timely and correct:
Carry out HACCP (risk factor analysis and critical control points) plan requirements
Carry out BRC (Global Food Safety Standard) procedures, technological instructions, standards, work instructions and ensure the implementation of the requirements set out in them
Perform timely and correct:
- evaluation of samples
- submission of laboratory data to the head of the laboratory
- performance of laboratory data records
