Each new employee is taught the specifics of laser production during detailed training, and representatives of various specialties work successfully in the company.

A laser technician performs laser manufacturing processes such as:
- Assembling laser parts and checking their quality;
- Assembling the laser body, during which the electronic components are fixed and the laser platform is prepared;
- Preparation of optics;
- Ensuring laser cleanliness during production;
- Completion of laser production;
- Completing transactions in the company's resource planning system (ERP).
Employee requirements
- Experience in the field of lasers is not necessary - a mentor will train each stage of production;
- Good fine motor skills;
- Precision is a necessary component of work;
- Experience in soldering (advantage);
- Higher or higher education in physics, chemistry or electronics (advantage);
- We only accept non-smokers, exhaled tar is harmful to components.
