YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:
- Organization of shipbuilding and repair department activities and participation in employee selection processes.
- Remote control of project management and remote control of objects.
- Optimizing, improving and making the department's activities and procedures more efficient.
- Together with the director of the department, form the budget of the department, participate in the supervision of operating expenses.
- Participate in the conclusion and control of the department's contracts with the customer and subcontractors.
WE HOPE THAT:
- You have a higher engineering and technical education and at least 5 years of experience in engineering and technical positions in shipbuilding, repair/metal construction manufacturing companies.
- You have managerial experience.
- You know the organizational and normative documentation system as well as structural diagrams and the distribution of responsibilities in construction and production facilities.
- You have good knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian.
- You have good computer literacy skills (MS Office, MS Excel - essential).
- You have good analytical, technical thinking, time planning, organizational, information search and systematization and cooperation, negotiation skills.
- You are responsible, proactive, you have a constant need to deepen your professional knowledge and expand your competence.
- You are able to work individually and in a team.
- You are able to manage multiple tasks and set priorities correctly, distribute tasks rationally and ensure timely results.
