Position Overview
We are looking for you – Lawyer – the one who is eager to become a trustworthy legal team member for work in our office in Vilnius. Your primary scope of work will include corporate law and contracts, providing legal advice and support to various group companies and departments. Your professional knowledge, understanding business needs, ability to be a team player, communication and time management skills will definitely help you working with us.

The successful candidate will be responsible (both locally and internationally) for:
- Providing legal guidance and support on corporate governance matters, including corporate body meetings, resolutions and compliance;
- Facilitating the establishment and dissolution of companies;
- Overseeing the drafting and implementation of internal policies and regulations,
- Advising and arranging different transactions;
- Drafting, reviewieving, and negotiating diverse contractual agreements, including those related to supply and services;
- Extending legal support to project teams as needed;
- Managing additional daily responsibilities assigned to the legal team.
To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
- Hold a law degree;
- Have a proven experience working as a lawyer in a legal office or in-house;
- Demonstrate knowledge and interest in corporate law, commercial law, and contract law;
- Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Pay attention to detail and possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Enjoy collaborating with international teams;
- Have a solution-oriented mindset;
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and English.
