Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Preparation, coordination, review, and compliance assurance of company documents, internal/external procedures, and contracts.
- Participation in negotiations for the alignment of collaboration terms with potential company partners and suppliers.
- Assessment and assurance of compliance with data protection principles and requirements within the company.
- Representation of the company's interests and communication with governmental institutions.
- Providing legal advice to colleagues.
- Supervision of administrative and archival solutions for company operational documents.
- Assistance in organizing the activities of the management team and board.
- Smooth coordination of work in collaboration with external legal service providers in Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland.
Expectations for the Candidate:
- Higher legal education.
- At least 4 years of legal work experience as an in-house company lawyer or in a law firm.
- Ability to oversee data management processes.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) and excellent computer literacy (MS Office).
- Communication skills, analytical thinking, and a touch of creativity.
- Ability to argue, identify problems, offer proposals, and make decisions.
- Organized, independent, and result-oriented.
