BROLIS is a high-tech company that manufactures electro-optical and laser systems for defense and security purposes. We are currently looking for a Systems Assembly Engineer, join us and build the future of modern defense!
Nature of work
- BROLIS assembly of optomechanical and laser systems;
- Application and compliance with standard quality assurance procedures;
- Inspection of each assembled system and ensuring the highest quality standards;
- Maintenance of a neat and clean workplace, daily maintenance and compliance with 5S standards.
Employee requirements
- Professional experience in production companies;
- Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanics and optomechanics;
- Ability to concentrate and work efficiently and quickly in a production environment;
- Ability to read, understand and correctly interpret technical documentation;
- Ability to collect, analyze and report production data, ability to take corrective actions and constant pursuit of improvement;
- Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve the company's goals and best results;
- Excellent organizational skills, diligence, attentiveness, ability to solve problems;
- IMPORTANT: The selected candidate will have to obtain clearance to work with classified information and will be required to submit a medical certificate form 049a.
Advantages:

- Experience working with lasers, knowledge of work safety when working with them;
- Experience in creating/completing work place instructions, assembly instructions.
