Responsibilities
- Developing equipment maintenance methods and equipment standard operating procedure. (S.O.P.)
- Familiar with automated control system and understanding of detailed adjustment and maintenance methods.
- Establishing technical staff workflow policies and conduct audits.
- Liaising with other departments and according to production requirements to adjust production conditions.
- Monitor various crop growth parameters to achieve production goals. Find out the reason and implement the improvements test if plant growth is abnormal.
- Plan and execute projects according to factory goals.
- Communicating regularly with management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
- Hiring and training new technical staff.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Language proficiency in both Lithuanian and English
- Education in agriculture, engineering or industrial management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Outstanding time management and leadership skills.
- Positive, proactive, and results-driven
Plus+:
- Knowledge or experience related to indoor farm plant diseases and insect pests control.
- Knowledge or experience automatic control system or electromechanical related basics.
