LEAN coordinator

Make strategic decisions regarding the implementation of LEAN methods in order to ensure optimal use of resources and effective management of processes.
Coordination of LEAN system implementation and LEAN management processes in all companies of the company according to the set goals and monitoring of efficiency.
Application of LEAN principles in the development of new production processes.
Analysis and improvement of company processes in accordance with LEAN methods.
Involvement of personnel in the improvement of processes, training them to work according to new principles, contribution to the improvement of the quality system.

Higher education (preferably in production management, quality management or similar fields).
Successful experience coordinating or leading LEAN projects (preferably in manufacturing companies).
Additional qualification:
Deep knowledge of LEAN methodology, practical application in the organization.
Ability to train others, teamwork skills.
Excellent project management, problem solving skills.
Languages: Russian or English, B1 level (written, spoken).

Salary from 3520 to 3850 EUR gross per month.
Convenient working hours and conditions (in the office and/or remotely) from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
