- UAB „Littelfuse LT“
We are currently looking for a Lean coordinator who will be responsible for initiating and coordinating the implementation of administrative Lean projects, assisting employees in applying Lean implementation principles and conducting Lean training.
Nature of work:
- Lean system implementation in the company according to group-wide goals and maintenance
- Identification of emerging problems, situation/data analysis
- Making proposals for process improvement, initiating and participating in projects
- Preparation of Lean training material, organization and conduct of Lean training
- Employee training and consulting on LEAN issues
Requirements:
- Higher Education
- Experience in creating and conducting training
- Knowledge of Lean practices and principles
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification a plus
- Work experience in manufacturing companies - an advantage
- Good analytical thinking and ability to find effective solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Lithuanian and English
