Future tasks and responsibilities
The goal is to raise funds for ongoing projects.
Therefore, in this work, you will participate in creating a strategic plan for fundraising, decide on channels and methods of fundraising, coordinate processes, plan and implement fundraising campaigns, and coordinate fundraising communications. You will also build NGO - business partnerships, ensure long-term relations with sponsors.

Expectations for your competence
We expect you to have a higher education and successful work experience in the fields of sales, marketing or fundraising and experience in developing and maintaining partnerships; you speak and write well in Lithuanian and English; you have strong strategic planning, process and project management skills; you know the principles of marketing and external communication.
