We offer you a challenge
- Sponsor database administration,
- Communication with sponsors by phone, e-mail,
- Supervision of payments to ensure they are smooth,
- Constant communication and maintaining relations with partners,
- Coordination of activities of the team working with sponsors,
- Training and other support for teams working with sponsors,
- Preparation of campaign reports and their analysis,
- Help in contributing to the implementation of various Red Cross support actions,
- Other assistance to the project manager in the implementation of the fundraising strategy
We need you, if you will
- You sincerely want to contribute to the implementation of the Red Cross mission in Lithuania,
- You like and know how to communicate, you are empathetic and you know how to convince others,
- You have experience in marketing and/or sales,
- You are interested in seeing trends and patterns in numbers. Experience working with databases (CRM - an advantage),
- You are brave, creative, independent and proactive, you like to work in a team;
- You are diligent and result-oriented,
- What you don't know - we'll show you what you don't know - you'll learn. What we don't know, we will learn from you
