We are currently looking for a Lithuanian and Latvian sales team leader who will play an important role in growing a successful and profitable company. You will lead the sales team, ensure revenue generation and strong customer relationships, and you will do this because you are a strategic and inspirational leader and a skilled communicator, able to adapt to changing market conditions and foster a sales-oriented organizational culture.
In order for you to succeed, you will need:
- experience in successfully creating and implementing sales processes and forming a professional team;
- previous work experience related to the ability to effectively plan, organize and execute sales;
- successful experience in leading productive, results-oriented sales teams;
- Mentoring and team building skills in supporting and retaining top sales talent;
- Ability to understand and analyze relevant information to create data-driven sales strategies;
- strong communication skills and a sense of comfort in sharing relevant messages with colleagues and our clients;
- experience in improving and integrating sales tools into the company's daily activities;
