The UAB Standa company, which has been operating for over 35 years, is located in Vilnius and is one of the most famous European companies designing and manufacturing precision mechanics in the field of photonics. The company develops and manufactures picosecond microlasers for scientific research and implements them in spectroscopic equipment for biology, chemistry and medicine. Standa UAB manufactures precision mechanical and optomechanical devices, optical tables and equipment vibration protection devices. About 1000 different products have been created and produced in the company since the beginning of its activities. Main products: optical cellular tables and their anti-vibration devices; automated mechanical devices with micron and submicron accuracy in linear coordinates, subnanosecond lasers with passive and active resonator quality modulation. The company exports 90 percent. products to more than 60 countries of the world. The largest export markets are Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, and the United States. The company's products are also used by many Lithuanian universities and research institutes.
