Job description
- Handle incoming bookings and insert all details into the company system
- Insert container details in company system
- Issue invoices
- Accounting of supplier invoices and transport documents;
- Communication with management, suppliers, customers regarding discrepancies in invoices/documents;
- Execution of other assigned tasks related to accounting.
- Office administration
- no afterwork hours
- no telephone communication required
Requirements
Experience in accounting/bookkeeping - minimum 3 year experience;
Good MS Excel skills;
Diligence, responsibility, great attention to details;
Experience in a logistics company (advantage);
Experience working with CMRs (advantage);
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, Russian language would be an advantage;
Good computer skills;
Willingness to learn and improve;
Attention to details skills;
Time management skills;
Bachelor degree;
Stress control ability;
Good MS Excel skills;
