GMALL is seeking a qualified Logistics Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing logistics operations across all modes of transportation and will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products.

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Location: Our office is conveniently located in the heart of Vilnius with parking and excellent infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery.
- Managing and optimizing logistics across all modes of transportation (road, air, sea, and rail).
- Developing and maintaining relationships with transportation suppliers.
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Handling import/export transportation documentation.
- Liaising with customs agents for cargo clearance.
- Managing logistics budgets and controlling costs.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Monitoring incoming logistics documentation and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics.
- Experience with all modes of transportation (road, air, sea, and rail).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
