- Ensuring the quality of logistics services for customers;
- Organization of collection of returned goods from customers;
- Analysis of logistics results, preparation of reports;
- Cooperation with sales and customer service department employees.
Your advantages:
- Work experience in the field of customer service/logistics;
- Higher/higher education in accounting or logistics;
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively manage information;
- Excellent working skills in the Excel program;
- Communication and ability to coordinate logistic processes.
