- Active sales of logistics services, preparation of commercial offers, conducting negotiations;
- Independent search for new customers in the B2B sector, needs analysis, negotiations;
- Ensuring sales results, implementation of set goals and analysis of results;
- Maintaining and developing effective relationships with clients;
- Participation and company representation at business events, exhibitions and business trips, meetings with potential clients;
- Working with the CRM program (a tool for more orderly management of sales, projects, customer service, etc. processes)
- Achieving and implementing common team goals;
- Analysis of the market, competitors, sales results;
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher education;
- Excellent sales and communication skills in the field of logistics;
- Knowledge of sales and logistics processes;
- Written and spoken English;
- Ability to plan and efficiently organize work;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
- Ability to work in a team;
- Driver's license (category B) is mandatory;
