Position description:
- Planning, management and implementation of logistic transport activities. Analysis and improvement of these processes
- Planning, organizing, tracking and resolving delivery issues for international and domestic shipments/cargo
- Active cooperation and negotiation with logistics/distribution/storage companies. Constant comparison of transportation prices in the market
- Reporting
- Working with customs brokers. Preparation and management of documents - declarations, etc.
- Checking and assigning required documentation in the system
- Entering, updating and changing product and logistic data into the system
- Analysis and improvement of the above processes.
Your competences and experience:
- More than 2 years of experience in the organization of international and local transport, an advantage (shipping and tracking of small cargo in Europe)
- Work experience in a manufacturing/trading company would be an advantage
- GOOD ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS NECESSARY (at least B2); Polish and Russian is a big advantage
- Good computer skills
- Diligence, independence, quick orientation, organization, responsibility, patience
- Willingness to work intensively, to improve in the professional field, to achieve set goals.
