Main work functions:
- planning and management of logistics and storage activities;
- analyzing, improving and optimizing processes taking into account the company's strategic goals;
- departmental budget planning;
- full responsibility for logistics costs;
- analysis of the scope of work, determination of human and material - technical resources;
- organization, supervision and coordination of team work;
- ensuring quality indicators and work efficiency;
- cooperation with other departments of the company in matters of customer service, warehousing, and logistics, in order to achieve the goals of the department and the general company.
We hope you:
- you have a higher education in logistics, business management;
- you have acquired successful and at least 3 years of managerial work experience in the fields of storage/logistics;
- you have excellent computer skills;
- you have very good knowledge of the English language;
- you are proactive, you do not shy away from personal responsibility for your own and the team's activities;
- a team leader who is able to assemble a team, set priorities, motivate and educate;
- you are focused on performance results, you are able to create and implement long-term and short-term plans;
- you are able to analytically evaluate problems and present alternative ways of solving them, predict the consequences of their implementation;
- you have excellent time planning skills, you know how to work smoothly on different projects at the same time;
- you are communicative, you express your thoughts clearly and you are able to present structured information.
