UAB "Ecoservice" - a leading group of waste management companies in Lithuania, engaged in the collection, transportation, sorting, recycling, city cleaning and street maintenance of various wastes, providing a wide range of other services, invites a Logistics Manager to join its team!
NATURE OF WORK:
- Work organization of subordinate employees (drivers and loaders);
- Ensuring optimal use of controlled vehicles;
- Ensuring quality waste collection services;
- Formation of crews of drivers and loaders, delegation of tasks, control of completed works;
- Route review and correction, optimization;
- Compilation of employee work schedules and filling in spreadsheets;
- Transport fuel consumption control.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education (great if in the fields of logistics, transport, management, etc.);
- Teams of subordinate employees or other coordination work experience;
- Communication, initiative, ambition, quick orientation;
- Ability to independently solve problems, make decisions;
- Good negotiation skills, goal orientation, flexibility, positive thinking;
- Team work experience, good communication skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Driver's license - category B (required).

Salary
1502-2455 €/mon. gross
1000 - 1500 €/month. after tax.
