What are the challenges ahead?
- Creation of courier routes;
- Educating and mentoring the courier team, coordinating their actions and work processes and constant motivation;
- Organization of delivery and collection of parcels;
- Communication with couriers, customers, carriers;
- Solving problems, managing them;
- Preparation of reports, data analysis, initiation of projects and their development;
- Other tasks of the logistics manager are related to the duties.
What are our expectations?
- Higher education (in logistics would be an advantage);
- At least one year of similar work experience;
- Excellent knowledge of excel and ability to analyze data;
- English language skills;
- Analytical thinking, initiative, stress resistance, strong sense of responsibility;
- Communication, ability to motivate the team and clearly delegate tasks;
- Driver's license and own car.
