- Organizing the shipment of products all over the world
- Communication with logistics/forwarding companies
- Communication with customs brokers and customs
- Preparation of accompanying shipping documents (invoices, packing slips, etc.)
- Communication with customers
- Management of sales orders, data entry into the Microsoft NAV program
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience. Logistics and customs knowledge
- Organizational and time planning skills, ability to prioritize work effectively
- Higher Education
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- English language skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office package)
This is not a purely logistics specialist position. In addition, it will be necessary to communicate with our sales representatives from other ESCO units around the world. Coordinate the work of colleagues - both sales and production departments.
