Your main responsibilities will be:
- Administer, control the documentation related to the performed transportations, enter the data into the programs;
- Maintain relations with companies providing cargo transportation services;
- To control the accounting of services performed;
- Submit and analyze reports;
- Assist the managers and manager of the logistics group.
To succeed in this position you will need:
- Knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Organizational and planning abilities, initiative, excellent communication and negotiation skills, orientation to the result;
- Computer literacy skills.
We will consider it an advantage if you have:
- At least 1 year experience in the field of logistics;
- Higher education in logistics/management;
- Knowledge of the Russian language.
