YOUR TASKS:
- Organize and store technical documentation;
- Update technical documentation as needed;
- Distribute technical documentation to relevant parties;
- Maintain order of technical documentation and aircraft data;
- Ensure safe custody of completed work records;
- Keep track of new Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins for compliance;
- Archive original technical records for aircraft under Part M management.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- University or College degree;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures;
- Previous experience in similar role or industry (advantage).
