Food Creation Technologist

We are looking for a team member for the rapidly growing team of ilunch restaurants: food creation technologist

General nature of work:
  • Creation of new dishes, introduction of new dishes to the range, preparation of tastings;
  • Preparation of recipes, preparation of new technological cards (TK), correction of existing TK, work with Syrve warehouse program,
  • Preparation of production technological documentation,
  • Selection and evaluation of raw materials, close cooperation with the Purchasing Department.
  • Participation in the creation of a menu for new brands,

We hope you:

  • Has a university or higher (professional) education in the field of food technology, catering (advantage),
  • Has similar work experience in catering, at least 3 years (mandatory),
  • Has knowledge of production equipment, knows production technological processes,
  • Has good computer literacy skills;
  • You are active, proactive, responsible, able to work in a team.
